The registration fees for WGCEES-2027 vary depending on the registration category and deadline. Standard Registration is priced at USD 849 for speakers, USD 999 for delegates, USD 399 for students, and USD 549 for poster presenters. On-spot registration during the conference dates is higher, with fees of USD 949 for speakers, USD 1099 for delegates, USD 499 for students, and USD 649 for poster presenters. Accommodation is available at USD 200 per one night 400 USD for 2 nights 600 USD for three nights 800 USD for 4 nights for single occupancy, and an accompanying person can attend for an additional fee of USD 249. The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, an abstract book, certificate of participation, and scheduled refreshments and networking opportunities.
