General Superintendent Robert W. Martin is pastor of the Voice of Pentecost in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he has served since 1991. He has brought his unique vision and heart of grace to a broken congregation, lifting them up with his heartfelt, loving ministry of grace and new beginnings. Under his ministry, the Voice of Pentecost has become a refuge and healing station for all. Pastor Martin is a well-known minister and leader. Elected General Superintendent of the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ in 2007, he previously served the organization as Assistant General Superintendent (2001-2007) and as General Youth President (1987-2001). Pastor Martin is a frequent conference and camp speaker and has traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad sharing the Gospel. His ministry has blessed and helped multitudes around the world. A former teacher, Pastor Martin received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Northeast Louisiana University (now University of Louisiana – Monroe). He is married to Alison Fontenot Martin, and they have three precious children – Alec, Noah and Myla. |

First Assistant General Superintendent Mark A. McCool is pastor of First Apostolic Church, Knoxville, Tennessee. He has served his local assembly in many facets of ministry for more than 30 years. Before becoming pastor, he was school pastor and a full-time instructor at Apostolic Christian School for more than 25 years. He has also served as music minister and youth pastor for the church. He has faithfully worked all his life with his father and mother, Bishop Billy and Betty McCool, in the building of First Apostolic Church. On a district level, Pastor McCool served as Tri-State District Youth President for 16 years. He also has served as a section presbyter and district board parliamentarian. Nationally, Pastor McCool was a member of the Apostolic Crusaders Executive Youth Board for 14 years. He has coordinated music for the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ National Youth Convention and General Conference on numerous occasions. He is an anointed and accomplished minister and teacher of the gospel. Pastor McCool has his B.S. in Education from the University of Tennessee. The love of his life for 26 years, Jamie Sellers McCool (B.S., Human Ecology, University of Tennessee), daughter Ashley McCool (B.S., Business Studies, University of Tennessee), and son Anthony McCool, a junior in Political Science, University of Tennessee, all work together as a team in the work of the Lord. |

Second Assistant General Superintendent Timothy W. Gill is pastor of the Medora Pentecostal Church in Medora, Indiana. He has served in full-time ministry for over 25 years. Receiving the call to ministry at the early age of 14, he committed his life to spiritual service. After high school graduation he attended Apostolic Bible College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he met the love of his life Faythe Walls of Medora, Indiana. They married in 1982 and together devoted their lives to the work of the Lord. The Lord has blessed the Gill family with two beautiful children, Whitney Lynnea’ and Timothy David. Pastor Gill has worked in several capacities, including full time evangelism, serving as Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, and now pastors of one of the oldest Pentecostal churches in Indiana. He has been honored to speak at conferences, camp meetings, and special meetings around the world. Since being ordained in the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ in 1982, Pastor Gill has served on various committees, as a district youth president, and as a district superintendant. He is passionately involved with the World Mission Department on various levels. Pastor Gill has served under the ministry of his father Reverend Fred R. Gill, and his father-in-law Bishop M.L. Walls. These men of distinct character and powerful anointing have impacted and shaped his ministry. |

Third Assistant General Superintendent Charles Hancock is the pastor of NewSong Apostolic Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In October of 1989, he accepted the pastorate of NewSong and began the challenging work of molding two congregations into one. For the past 20 years, he has labored faithfully and diligently to present the church to the Lord Jesus Christ without spot or wrinkle. Brother Hancock began his ministry in 1965, after months of prayer and seeking God’s will for his life. He had served two years as the church youth leader and willingly accepted the call of God. He completed the required reading and study to qualify as a minister in the Assembly of God organization and was licensed in 1968. During his first pastorate, through prayer, fasting, studying God’s Word and an amazing revival, the Lord Jesus Christ opened his heart to receive the revelation of Oneness and baptism in the Name of Jesus. In 1980, after serving as pastor for several independent Oneness churches, Brother Hancock applied for and received license with the UPCI. In 1981, he established Grace Chapel Pentecostal Church in Duncan, Oklahoma. He continued to pastor there until 1989, when he felt the call to go to Tulsa as pastor of NewSong Apostolic Church. Brother Hancock applied for and was licensed with the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ in 1984. He has served the past ten years as the Oklahoma District Superintendent and served 21 of the past ;25 years on the Oklahoma District Board. He has ministered extensively across Oklahoma, north Texas, western Arkansas, and southwest Missouri. Charles Hancock and wife, Donna, were married December 31, 1962, and have been blessed with almost 47 years of marriage. Their first child and only daughter, Lyn, was born in 1966, followed by five sons: Eric, Jason, Brannon, Justin and Jon. They are expecting their 17th grandchild in September of 2009, with the oldest soon celebrating her 21st birthday. Their children, children by marriage (Robert, Paula, Erin, Cherie’ and Jodi), and grandchildren are the pride of their lives and nothing but the joy of the Lord can bring more happiness than their presence and laughter. They have one son (Brannon) and one granddaughter (Emma) waiting in Heaven for that glad reunion day, and what a day that will be! Brother Hancock is CEO of Hancock Industries, Inc. in Tulsa, which he founded in 1989. He is a Journeyman Machinest and has developed numerous techniques to speed the production and quality of processed components for the Oil and Natural Gas Industries. God has blessed and kept this endeavor, and to Him belongs all praise and glory! |

General Secretary/Treasurer Roger H. Gray received his calling into the ministry in 1975. In 1980, Reverend Gray founded and served First Apostolic Church of Brookville, Ohio as pastor for 10 years. He went on to minister as a full-time evangelist, travelling around the country with his wife Teresa and their two daughters, Rachel and Lauren. He also served as pastor of First Apostolic Church in Mansfield, Ohio and Soul’s Life Center in Elizabethton, Tennessee. He became Pastor of Crossroads Apostolic Church in Halls Crossroads, Tennessee in January of 2009. Pastor Gray graduated from United Electronics Institute in 1972. He has extensive experience in the medical electronics and Quality Assurance fields and has held positions of Senior Electronics Technician, Quality Assurance Engineer, Manager of Quality Engineering and Manager of Software Quality Assurance with major aerospace, educational software and engineering and research companies. He works now full-time in his position as General Secretary/Treasurer of the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ. Pastor Gray helped establish the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ Evangelist Department in 1984, serving as Secretary/Treasurer for 11 years before serving a term as the Evangelist Department Director. Pastor Gray established and created the Organization’s website in 1996 and served as Web Master until 2007. He served as General Conference Coordinator for several years and he has served in the office of Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ General Secretary/ Treasurer since first being elected in 1999. Pastor Gray has been blessed with many opportunities to speak at camp meetings, conferences and churches throughout our fellowship in the United States and has travelled abroad. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Apostolic Initiative, which represents Apostolic believers in the halls of the United States Congress and the White House. Pastor Gray is a veteran of the U. S. Army where he served as a marine engineer. He resides in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife Teresa (Sellers). They were married in 1971 in Dayton, Ohio. Their oldest daughter Rachel married Rev. Anthony (Andy) Hosack in 2000. They reside in Knoxville. Rachel is a paralegal and Andy works in Maryville, Tennessee for PesTech and assists Pastor Gray in the church. They have one daughter, Savannah Laine. Lauren married Andrew Bounds in 2008. Lauren graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tennessee Technological University, majoring in Elementary Education and is currently working as a Nanny. Andrew is an Assistant Manager at Y-12 Federal Credit Union. They reside in Knoxville. |
